‘All About Pattern’
Rose Marie Academy held yet another successful and vibrant Blue Planet exhibition on March 18, 2015. Under the theme, “All About Pattern”, students’ artwork was elegantly displayed on the campus. Students showcased their talents and skills within the creative domain of their learning development. Abstractly and concretely, the exhibition underscored the existence of patterns that rest within the natural fabric of our surroundings. Guests, teachers and students were very impressed.
To launch the event, Khun Rose Marie Wanchupela welcomed all with her opening remarks. In addition, she presented certificates of achievement to students in recognition of their talents with their work as well as of their efforts in organizing the event. As an opening act, students’ yoga demonstration, singing, and band performances charged the atmosphere with creative talents. Following the opening ceremony, the high school students, who were responsible for organizing the event, led the audience in groups to the exhibition. Topping off the day’s activities, the Senior High School students continued the theme of pattern with a face-painting session for interested students. Blue Planet’s “All About Pattern” was a major success thanks to the guidance and direction of Teacher Finola Devahastin along with hardworking and dedicated students, teachers, and staff of Rose Marie Academy.
