| Rose Marie Academy offers a Saturday English Program for children aged 4-16. The primary focus of the program is to develop the young learners' English ability and the confidence to use it. The average class size is ten children, but never more than twelve. |

Reading, writing, listening, and speaking are taught in combination with special emphasis on speaking. The other half of the morning usually includes "project work," games, drama, arts and crafts activities, or singing. |

Approximately half of the teaching time is dedicated to working on assignments in the text books and the workbooks which are provided by the school. |

| The goal of these activities is to allow the students to have fun and practice English in "real-life" situations. |

Classes start at 9:30 a.m. and end at 12:00 noon. There is a half hour break for a snack between the two sessions at 10:30 a.m. The snack is provided by the school. Although the lessons differ from level-to-level and according to the needs of students in each class, they start with a common core curriculum which can be summarized as follows: |

The cost is 700 Baht a day for 2.5 hours. Snack, textbooks, and other teaching materials are included. The tuition fee is paid for a two-month period (6-8 Saturdays) on the first Saturday every second month. |
