Class Field Trip to Le Bouchon Italian Restaurant

My class was invited by the owners of Le Bouchon, Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Marchal, to see the process of making pizza baked in a specially constructed stone oven. The field trip was in conjunction with the unit on Food Through Bread that students have been studying. Le Bouchon is a popular restaurant very close to Rose Marie Academy in Srichaitong Village off Chaengwattana Road.
