On Pajama Fun Day our Child Center students came to school in their pajamas! They brought their favorite dolls and teddies.

A Typical C4 Day (Age 5years old)
Arrival and Playground Time
Students are provided with thirty minutes free-play on the playground. Outdoor time develops the children's gross motor as well as their social skills as they learn to play cooperatively with other children. During this time they are supervised by the teacher and teacher assistant.

Arrival and Free Choice
The day begins with arrival, greeting, and personal sharing with the teacher. Then children have the choice to spend time at different centers in the classroom or engage themselves in the use of various items prepared by the teachers. Having choice time is important because children learn through play.

Arrival and Time on the Playground
Children arrive and are greeted by their teachers. They put away personal belongings in their classrooms, and they are accompanied to the playground by their teachers for early morning play time.
